What does a typical yacht charter encompass?
Every charter comes with a seasoned crew, safety gear, fuel, and a selection of refreshments. Certain amenities depend on the type of service — for example, sunset cruises offer a range of premium snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, while business charters provide meeting spaces and specialized catering for events.
How soon should I secure my booking?
To ensure availability, we suggest making reservations at least 2–3 weeks in advance, and if you're planning for peak times (May–September), consider booking 4–6 weeks ahead to allow for custom preparations for corporate engagements or private festivities.
What protocols are followed in case of adverse weather?
Our utmost concern is your safety. Should the weather prove to be hazardous as decided by our skipper, we'll propose a new date for your yacht rental or issue a complete refund. We continuously track weather updates and will get in touch with you if the weather seems doubtful 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
Is it permissible to bring my own food and drinks onboard?
Certainly, bringing your own food and refreshments is allowed. Additionally, we have excellent catering offerings and are happy to tailor menus according to your taste preferences. Note that for safety concerns, glassware is not allowed on the yacht.

We are committed to accommodating all of our guests. Accessibility may vary across our fleet, so we encourage you to discuss your specific requirements upon booking so we can guide you to the most appropriate yacht and make any necessary arrangements.
Could you outline your cancellation terms?
Should you cancel 72 hours prior to departure, a full refund is granted. For cancellations occurring between 24–72 hours before departure, a refund of 50% is provided. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to your departure will not be refunded unless the cancellation is due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues from our side.
